From Farm to Fork and the Evolution of Tradition

Our close relationship with the gastronomic culture and traditions of South Tyrol means guests can enjoy many local products and regional delicacies many of which we grow, cultivate and harvest ourselves.

Enjoy aromatic herbs from our kitchen herb garden, fine air-dried speck, sweet honey from our bee hives and homemade fruit jams and preserves to accompany your cheese. All this gives rise to a vital and authentic cuisine which was awarded with three toques by Gault Millau in 2019.

Also available is The Preidlhof Way, a health and wellness menu designed by Mindful Eating experts to reduce stress and transform a convivial moment into an opportunity for awareness and wellbeing.

Live Cooking

At lunchtime, we impress guests with live cookery demonstrations. Be tempted by the culinary skills of our chefs or explore our selection of hearty pasta, fine soups, crisp salads and other Mediterranean delicacies.
