Ayurveda by Nisha
A special corner of the Preidlhof Spa is dedicated to the Ayurveda “imported” by Nisha Don Pradeep, our Sri-Lankan therapist who works with an enveloping dexterity and a sunny disposition to deliver the extraordinary treatments of the Ayurvedic tradition.
An important component of these experiences is the quality of the oil that promotes and amplifies the result of each massage.
The 4, 5 or 6-day programme always starts with Sharira Abhyanga, allowing Nisha to understand individual needs and to plan subsequent massages.
You can choose 50 minutes or 75 minutes a day, being guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda and the sensitivity and experience of the therapist.
A daily pass for all the Special Classes is included in all Ayurveda Retreats.
