Our Corona strategy for a carefree holiday

At the moment, tourists entering Italy from abroad have to undergo a 10-day quarantine.
We assume that from 15th January 2021, the Covid requirements for tourists in Italy will be significantly relaxed.

We offer a PCR test or a rapid antigen test in our Medical Center for our guests at a low cost price.
The transit through Austria and Switzerland is allowed.

If the borders with Italy are unexpectedly closed (or closed on your travel date), which prevents you from arriving, the booking can be canceled free of charge. For the rest of the trips our normal cancellation conditions remain in force.

• Safety first - all employees are regularly subjected to corona tests
• Covid-19 antigen tests can be performed in our Preidl Med SPA on request (result in 20 min). We also offer PCR tests (result in 48h). These are provided by certified laboratories. They are signed by our Dr. Angerer. We offer these tests on the purchase price.
• The tests can be presented to authorities or employers
• The stores, restaurants, bars of the region are open as usual
• The extensive indoor and outdoor facilities of our resort offer sufficient space and therefore provide the appropriate security during this time. On 5000 sqm wellness area with 10 pools & whirlpools the guests are evenly spread. The generous opening hours from 7.00 am. to 11.00 pm. also contribute to this
• The Preidlhof SPA is the first SPA in Europe which was certified in February 2020 according to ISO 17679 particularly for hygiene and safety in the wellness area

• The already high hygiene standards have been further increased
• All employees wear masks
  
• Disinfection carried out whenever rooms are cleaned, cleaning protocols are followed throughout the hotel
• Exposed areas are disinfected several times a day
• Hand disinfection dispensers are available in all areas
• Safety distances are maintained in all areas

• All facilities such as pools, saunas, relaxation oases are in regular operation;
• the virus cannot survive in chlorinated bathing water and at high sauna temperatures
• The safety distances are maintained in the recuperation areas
• The full range of spa & beauty treatments is on offer as usual; the employees comply with increased disinfection standards

• Fitness workouts and yoga classes take place in small groups
• Bike tours and hikes are carried out in compliance with the distance rules
• the Texel Group Nature Park and the largest bike network in the Alps are located directly at the resort

• Safety distances are maintained in all restaurants and bars
• We kindly ask guests to wear face masks at the buffet and to disinfect hands
